Advice before purchasing equipment
When you buy new equipment from MWI Animal Health, advice is always included. We guide you on what to consider regarding, for example, placement, electricity, routing of hoses and pipes, ventilation, oxygen, and drainage. This is especially relevant during the construction planning phase for new clinics. All advice is free of charge.
We provide troubleshooting and repairs
We are ready to assist if you experience problems with your equipment. Contact us so we can help you with on-site repairs or arrange for you to send the equipment to us for troubleshooting and repair.
Sharpening – a way to save money
We help you sharpen blades for most cutting machines and instruments, such as scissors, curettes, and luxators. An expensive surgical scissor can be sharpened many times, allowing you to save a lot of money. Also, remember that you can replace worn parts on your needle holders to extend their lifespan.

Service box for small equipment
When you have small equipment that needs repair, or blades and instruments that require sharpening, you can order our Service Box. We will send you a prepaid box along with a return label and an accompanying form. Fill out the form and send the box back with the equipment that needs to be serviced, at no cost to you.
