How you can track your order yourself
Once your order has been picked and packed, we print a shipping label and a tracking number is automatically sent to your email address. You can then easily track your order by clicking directly on the tracking number in the email.
The email with the tracking number is sent the moment the label is printed by us. The next update on the carrier’s website will appear when the package is scanned at their terminal. Therefore, it can take several hours from the time the email is sent until the next shipment update is available.
